Somebody asked me for more culture. Well, you don't get more cultured than bits of cheese

Leave the car at home and indulge in the pleasures of the grape and the gorgonzola.

There are, apparently, about 700 varieties of cheese made in the UK. I doubt we make as much wine, but Graham will be bringing along samples of both items.
