Day Walk - Hertfordshire Way, Royston to Baldock

To celebrate the fact that we were founded 60 years ago, this year we will walk the 166 mile Hertfordshire Way, one section each month.

Please join me for a 14 mile walk on the first leg of The Hertfordshire Way from Royston to Baldock. Experience the gently rolling chalk hills and rural landscape of fields and hedgerows that are typical of Hertfordshire making this a lovely introduction to the 166 mile route.

Meet 9.00 outside Barnet Odeon or 10.00 at Royston Cross, Baldrock  Road/Lower King Street, Royston SG8 5AJ. Explorer map 181 Grid Ref TL353412.

Park in Kneesworth Street between Royston Cross and the railway station (SG8 1JH) or in side roads, 5 minute walk from Royston Cross. (Station car park £2 all day).

This is a linear walk so we will get a train back from Baldock to Royston.
