• If you are using I.E. version 7, the menu bar at the top of the screen may be hidden. If you don't see a menu bar, press the ALT key (to the left of the space bar) and a menu bar should appear at the top of the screen showing File, Edit, Favorites, Tools, Help. Mozilla Firefox

Apple Mac Safari

Another thing to check in Safari is that Javascript is enabled, Select: Safari > Preferences > Security and check that Enable Javascript is ticked.

Computers on company networks
