If you see a message box that says, "Incorrect username or password. Please try again" then please check that you are using the correct user name and password. It doesn't matter whether you type your user name in capitals or lower case letters but this does matter for the password. If you type a capital letter instead of a lower case letter (or vice versa) in the password, you will not be able to log in. If you have forgotten your password, click 'Lost password?' under MEMBERS' LOGIN. Enter your user name and e-mail address and a new random password will be e-mailed to you automatically. Note that if you use Hotmail, this new password e-mail may be incorrectly flagged as junk so you may need to find it in your Hotmail Bulk mail folder. You can then use this to log in and change your password to something that you can remember. We suggest that you use all lower case letters in your password.
