Evening Walk - Aldenham Country Park and Elstree
A 4 mile walk in and near Aldenham Country Park including part of the lakeside path around Aldenham Reservoir. The Country park is home to various ducks, swans and geese, there is also a variety of flora. Refreshments in The Fishery pub near the end of the walk.
Meet: 7.20pm for a 7.30pm start at junction of Sullivan Way and Schubert Road, Elstree, Borehamwood WD6 3DN (meet on green by Watford Road A411).
Vehicle access and parking only via Sullivan Way, a turning off Elstree Hill South A5183. Drivers need to set sat nav to WD6 3DN via WD6 3DG.
Bus 306 from Borehamwood/Elstree or Watford goes along Watford Road, bus stop name ‘Elstree opp. Aldenham Road’. Bus 107 goes along Elstree Hill nearby.
