Day Walk - Ashwell - 15 Mile Circular Walk
A circular walk from the medieval village of Ashwell, passing through the hamlets / villages of Hinxworth, Dunton and Steeple Morden. The walk allows us to view the rolling hills of north Hertfordshire and takes us to several woodland areas via ancient sunken lanes.
Meet: 10.30am outside The Three Tuns, 6 High Street, Ashwell, SG7 5NL
Note: sunset is 16.08, this still gives plenty of time to complete the walk but means we will depart Ashwell on time. The journey time from Barnet to Ashwell is 45 minutes per ‘Google maps..
